[SION BUG] involving After Death

I seem to have found that when playing Sion on Howling Abyss If i would die and go in death rage then pop one of the ability's I would lose access to the Ability so as example if I got killed and pressed Q I would not be able to use it until I disconnected and reconnected I would regain the Ability so this has happened more then once and both were resolved by Disconnection and reconnecting I hope this issue gets fixed and is not just me having this issue Thank you
