Bug causing disconnect during load screen and can't submit a ticket.

I just had two games where I tried to play Fiddlesticks with the new rune Nimbus cloak (I still have the rune page I used set the same way) and I disconnected during loading screen over and over, one match in 5v5 summoners rift and the other in ARAM. Now, because of these two leaves, I lost eligibility for loot and then I got placed in low priority queue. AND NOW I CANT EVEN PLACE A TICKET AT THIS TIME BECAUSE IT DOESNT LET ME SIGN IN ON THE SUPPORT TAB. LEAGUE OF BUGS
