Cant Pick a Champ in Ranked

I have tried to play 2 ranked games now but both times i get in and i am able to see the first two bans on both teams no problem but after that it shows the time left to ban go to zero then it freezes meanwhile all the other people are chosing and then it my turn and my team is telling me to chose but by the time its my turn its only showing the first champ who is selected and i cant do anything then i get a message saying i have been removed from game because i have failed to pick a champion even though on my screen it only shows the bans have been chosen and only one person has chosen their champ and i have no chance at all to pick mine. If somebody can help me out here it would be greatly appreciated.
