Recall not working

Just a few minutes ago I played a game as and everything was working fine, toward the end of the game during a team fight I tried to "q" the and it wouldn't work. I found that odd but guessed I must have miss clicked or something. After winning said fight I attempted to recall, it wouldn't work. Clicked the button on screen and tried "b". Neither worked. A minion wave went past and I tried my skills, my "w", "e" and "r" worked fine but not my "q" and I still couldn't recall. I tried restarting the game and after getting back in, still same problem. I didn't get he chance to try anything else because the other team surrendered. I've never had this problem before, has anyone else?
