Stuck on 33% and endlessly scanning files

So I've waited for an hour waiting for the new patch to load and its stuck on 33% and its scanned like 4000 files or something. Anything I can do without having to reinstall because we all know that takes like 3 hours.

Sadly, the only way I have fixed that problem is reinstalling :(
