Client Lag/Delay

Ever since the install of 7.14 It will show someone picking a champion or banning a champion then suddenly you notice the timer freezes at 0 and nothing progresses then outta nowhere all the connection returns but by the time it does it dodges me because its been disconnected the 30 seconds i should be picking or banning a champion. This happens 9/10 champ selects and on the off chance i actually do get in a game and not kicked it works fine no D/C's no fps drops no ping spikes. My problem is purely with the client.

Restarted my router / computer Completely uninstalled league and reinstalled Downloaded and ran the hex-tech repair tool

I am running low spec mode even though my PC specs far exceed the required level to play League. I know it cant be me because my internet is running the way its always been and i never had these connection issues pre 7.14
