[Client] Can't buy an xp boost lvl 29

Bought rp on my account solely to get to lvl 30 this weekend (I have 2 day 'reading week') and when i went to buy the xp boost is says im max lvl but i am not. Please fix!

you can't buy it at that level i think, it'd be a waste anyways
