spell's stopped working mid game.

I was playing a ranked on kat and in the middle of the game i couldn't use my B,Q,R i could type B,Q,R in chat and my key binds where still set to them. Then my game just closed out of no where. I was able to log back in. My spells still didn't work when i got back in the game. I lost the game due to a team fight because i could not ult. This is bull shit. After the game i made a bot game and i was able to use my B,Q,R again.
