pbe sign up error

I signed up a pbe account at Dec in 2018. The websites show I get the access to pbe. My friend signed at the same time, and he succeeds. so that is an official website. However, when I try to log in, it says my username or password is incorrect. Now the signup web shows: You already have a PBE account. You can only have 1 PBE account. Really want to play pbe. Please help me. thx a lot.

your pbe account and normal account don't use the same login information. Are you sure you're using the username and password for your pbe account and not your live account?
