Left click problems

So I got a new computer. I install league. I play. And on spells and abilities (not the shops or out of game menus etc) my left click is unresponsive. Not 100% of the time but for each time say I A click on to the ground I click 5-6 times b4 it works. Same with my wards. Same with my abilities.

I tried resetting the key bindings. I tried downloading some mouse fixer for windows 8.1 for games I tried changing mice.

If i go upstairs and play on my other computer with the same mouse, my left click works 100% of the time. On this one it works 100% on EVERYTHING except casting abilities or a clicking the ground.
