Stuck on Loading Screen

So for the past few months, my game keeps getting stuck at the loading screen even when I'm 100%. This ultimately leads to my team remaking the game and me losing lp and being put in a low priorty queue for something that I had absolutely no control in. Is there any way to fix this problem??
