Dark Star Thresh's skin lantern desapearing

I've now been playing Thresh since Dark Star Thresh skin came out , and i found a visual bug which occurs if someone throws his W while using Dark Star Thresh and dies without the lantern landing in the floor , the next time the player respawns the lantern simply won't be there.
