Aziz still buggy?

Played Azir on freak and found that his w was bugged. No sand soldiers active but could spam e (without costing mana) on no cooldown. And at other points while soldiers were active I could hit e multiple times while mousing over a sand soldier with no effect (cost me a couple deaths) As this happened a week ago while he was on freeweek it could possibly be fixed by now, I wouldn't know (Don't actually own Azir)
