League Client Keeps Crashing in Champ Select :(

League Client Keeps Crashing in Champ Select - I get bug splat pop up but the game does not close. It goes blank with a loading circle for like 20 seconds... sometimes I get back in time to ban or select my champ, but today it was so long that I was kicked from the lobby for not banning....

I have re-installed multiple times I have re-formatted my HD and comp several times....

STILL HAPPENING. Anyone else experiencing this or able to fix it? :(
