[CLIENT] My influence points say i have 6433 gold but store will not let me buy tahm kench

When I enter the store, the champions that are 6300 influence points are in red, but when I click on them individually, it says I have the gold and the ip will be subtracted when I purchase the champion. When I attempt to purchase it, it says your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please help! The link shows that happens when I try to buy.
