Pop-ups

Hi, Whenever i play ranked i always have trouble with the pop-ups. And i think many other's do also. Wen a match has been found. It sometimes doesn't pop up. When i am in a queue i dont get any pop-ups at all. So like today i needed to ban a champion but i didt knew it was my turn. Because i dont get any pop-ups. So i got removed from the queue and lost some LP. I also dont get any pop-ups when ineed to lock in. Wich also irritates me.

I could watch the queue for like 6min so i can secure the ban/lock-ins. But i dont want to wait 5/7 min and look at a screen. I am pretty used to those pop-ups.

So is this a bug? or does RIOT need to add this?
