2015 World Championship Summoner Icon [Can't buy/BROKEN]

I can't buy it. It says this "This request body did not contain a item_id field." I tried restarting my league of legends client but it still says the same thing. PS:It costs 1ip (and i have about 4100ip)

Hey Blue Soul Slayer,

We're not seeing anything odd on our end. We're you able to purchase the icon?
