  1. Get ult.
  2. Try to cast it outside of range.
  3. She will walk to the edge of the range on it and not cast it.

Has happened in every game I have played her in.

If i remember correctly, you have to place the ult ON someone, its not skill shot, you actually have to clikc on someone

Nah becuase if you click it close to her in the circle it casts
