IS NOT SHOW ME TO SELECT THE CHAMPION

I have a problem for some day with my lol client , when i want to play , i accept and go to select my champion is not show me just after 1 min ,and sometimes i dont have time to ban or select my mystery , i try different metod for this first i install againe the game , and after i change my windows , and noting still the same . Please some know why is happend like this ?
