Tibbers Bug with Syndra [GAMEPLAY]

Syndra's E can kill Annie with Tibbers when completely out of range.

Check in the video at 13:15 and watch till 13:30. This was the Annie game at: "11/12/2016 9:54 PM"

1. Get Annie Low HP.
2. Have Annie run Tibbers forward.
3. Have Syndra pick Tibbers up and out of range.
4. Unknown death?

This was pretty hilarious when it happened, lol.
