Kalista Attack Speed Bug with Runaans

Whenever you have above 1.7 attack speed your attacks are slowed down to 1.7 attack speed whenever Runaan's Huricane is equipped.

To Replicate:

**Build over 2+ AS and auto attack multiple targets with Hurricane, Kalista will attack far below 2+ AS, even standing still (ignoring passive) **

When Huricane is not active (1 target only) her attack speed will match what is shown in character pannel

Notice how when he has multiple targets he attacks slower than the shown Attack Speed, but when the small blue minions die his attack speed matches what is shown.
