Cait Ult Bug

Hey There,

Currently it appears Cait has a bug that keeps the full cooldown on her ult if an enemy goes out of sight. Had a pretty frustrating game where I would ult, they would move, and the cooldown would be at the full 1+ minutes when it usually resets to 7 seconds. I tried using the search feature to find if anyone else posted and couldn't find one so I figured I would post.
