Friends tab

I know there's been a bug recently with the friends tab not showing up on the client, i haven't had a problem and apparently its been resolved. but today i happen to have that issue, i've done every little tip/trick to try and get it working and the last thing was to come here and write this. every one of my friends had the same issue but they're fine now. I still have it. What should i do? trust me when i say i've done everything, i've done it(restart client/computer, reinstalled, deleted client and launch the old way, or downloading one of those things that had me appear online/offline that was supposed to have it appear again, had a friend un-add and re-add me) nothing works, so Riot, or someone help please?
