Take away bans until bugs fixed?

I have come into several issues with ranked play which is stopping me from playing this game all together.

1). I often get that I cannot lock in if I open a internet page, (mainly to check for counters) when I come back onto the page I cannot lock in I can type change summoner spells and so on but cant lock in just goes grey. So guess it is an issue with going onto a back ground page and then when you come back not all the features work just from what I have gathered this is the problem.

2). If I pick support I will get it 100% haven't had it as my main or secondary as of yet to not get it out of at-least 25 games. I like playing support but I main top as-well and I do not enjoy playing support as much as other lanes so I am having to pick other lanes which I am not good at just because I dread the thought of getting support. I cannot main 3 lanes as I do not play it that much.

Not really a bug but something that is making this game hard to play I join a game someone doesn't ban or someone doesn't lock in this happens 3-4 times in a row and I end up losing interest and not doing it myself and getting a ban, also with the increased time of the champion selection this makes it so much more time consuming. When this is tied into having issues with it not letting us select our champions I end up with a 30 minute ban and this is costing me over an hour some times to get into game I normally have 2 hours where I am free to play at a time so after the hour mark hits I cant risk joining a game if I will have to leave it and get another ban.

This ends with my request don't know much about how hard it would be on your end but could you disable banning leavers to if they leave 3-4 games in a row they get banned instead of every game as it isn't fully functional as of yet and it isn't nice when I end up wasting my only free time to not be able to play.
