Getting a black screen when going into champ select

Over the past 2-3 months, I've only ran into this problem about 4 times, but each time it is in ranked. I will accept the match and everyone else will, I think on all the times it will make that ping sound as if im first pick, but it will show this "loading" box forever. I've waited a few minutes but by the time it would reconnect i would have already dodged. I've repaired my client a few times with no change. Anything I can do to fix this? Or is this a Riot issue? Has happened 3 times when I'm one win away from promos, aswell..
