Shop Menu Size issue | The shop is really big and takes up my whole screen

My friend has an issue with his shop size. Whenever he opens it, it is way to big, he cant click on the undo button or sell button and the menu takes up his whole screen. He has tried changing his HUD size, but that didnt work and we dont know what to do. I have messed around in the settings and have come up empty on anything that can change the size of the shop menu. Were really frustrated and don't know what to do. Any help would be apreciated
