I Got in a ranked game and our jungler had no smite so he left so we could remake and when we remade i lost LP for no reason at all???????????

Did you queue a game with him? Like did one of you invite the other into a game or was he a complete stranger?
You know its hard enough to climb out of silver with all the trolls AFK's and feeders but losing LP for nothing that's a bit much
What were you doing when waiting for the remake? Anyone that is marked as AFK at the time the remake happens will receive the "leaver" penalty, not just the initial person who left/disconnected. Standing/running around in your base while waiting for the remake will cause you to be marked as AFK, so if you do that while waiting for the remake, you will be marked as AFK and receive the penalty.
Now, if you are worried about giving first blood, don't be. First blood only prevents a remake from happening if it occurs before anyone leaves. If someoen has already left before first blood occurred, then a remake is still valid.
