Ranked champion select bug

I get into ranked champion select and the timer starts for me to declare a champion. I see the chat moving and the timer counting down but when I click different champs nothing happens. The timer hits 0 and it doesn't change. I can still see chat moving but the box to ban wont refresh. I end up getting kicked from the game but I have to exit league manually because my screen wouldn't refresh. I log back in an wait the 5 min before I can queue up again. this time I declare my champ fine and it goes to bans where I see everyone banning just fine. when my turn to ban comes I select ekko and with 25 seconds left, chat shows me that I didn't ban in time and kicks me from the room. My friend said that the timer hit 0 on my time to ban but on my screen I still had 25 seconds. now I can't queue for 30 min and I lost lp for dodging. Thanks Riot. [zombie-brand-mindblown]
