[CLIENT] Gifting PROJECT Icons in the Shop leads to no PROJECT Border

During the client's shop and gifting centre, this bug disallows players to buy the bundle of the Katarina/Ashe/Ekko chests which goes against the PROJECT borders you can obtain only this way. This is unfair as the player can no longer obtain the border for the skin as one has gifted them the icon ONLY without the chest that enables them to craft the border.

1. One gifts you the icon and you are then presented with the screen that you have the icon that you were gifted with.

2. You go to your shop and realize you can't buy the icon and chest since 'you already own it'.

This is a bug that should be taken into account since you cannot obtain the chest for that skin that you want the border for. It would also upset many players who would have liked to buy this towards their PROJECT skin, but unfortunately could not. This would lead to their friends trolling or unintentionally buying the icons without realizing the consequences. This is how I found out about the bug and was extremely upset when I realized I couldn't craft my augment cache for free and I assume this happens several times from this example.
