boted always start with windowed pls fix

This has been happening for about 5 patches now. They're not going to fix it.

If you are a windows computer, go to C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Config, you'll find a game.cfg file and set that file to read only. That is once you've already had the client up, and joined a game and set the setting to Borderless or Fullscreenl ike you want. That will fix that issue. Note though, it'll no longer 'remember' which itemset you select (if you do that) for champions that you change in game.
