so i had a chat restriction that ended about 2 days ago. i was unable to get loot for my games but now it seems i am still unable to get key fragments or others as it says im unable to. why am i still under this penalty and is anyone able to help me? riot plz check yo shit
7-14 days without another problem will clear everything up again just happened to me not to long ago took 11 days however some people have been waiting 3 months without rewards i think it has to do with positive feedback as well and not getting negative feedback either
This is intended. Even after you finish your punishment, you still need to go through a reform period before you can start earning hextech loot. How long this takes could be maybe 1 or 2 weeks, or range up to a few months, possibly longer; it is all dependent on your own behavior.
