@Riot, Server transfer
So currently my account is on North America, but I want to transfer to Oceania. When I go to accounts I can't see any option to transfer regions. Any reason why this is happening or has the option been removed/moved?

They've been disabled and we have no ETA of the fix :(
Iam in the same boat as you. The worst part is its been almost a month now ive been waiting, and no word as of when this will be fixed.
i transfered to lan which lowered my ping by about 20, lovely since i live in the US, but after everyone i know transfered back im stuck with my ranked account in lan and a dumb smurf for NA. im rushing to 30 asap but without the champs, runes, and skins of my old acc im very dissatisfied.
