Vlad doesn't work with Cinderhulk

Vlad's bonus health passive doesn't get added into Cinderhulk's increase of bonus health passive. Like I had roughly 600 bonus health from Vlad but Cinderhulk didn't give me more health for that bonus.

So. Let's imagine a 100 AP 1000 health item. Makes number easier. Vlad's passive gives him 140 Health and 25 AP. Cinderhulk gives him 150 Health. Cinderhulk's health gives Vlad 3.75AP

If Vlad's health passive gets added to cinderhulk then Vlad would get an extra 21 Health. This 21 health would then have 2.5% added to Vlad's AP. An Extra 0.525 AP!

However. Vlad's passive explicitly states that his passive does not stack with itself. If Vlad's passive health were added to cinderhulk then it would also increase his AP - stacking with itself via cinderhulk. This isn't allowed.

Perhaps. I don't know. It is as good a suggestion as any. I just like typing things.
