So, I'm not too sure how long this bug has been around, but whenever Jayce transforms to his Mercury Hammer, there is a lagspike that causes the game to freeze for a second.

Yup, it's been around for quite a while but whenever someone makes a thread, it just gets shoved under the carpet.
