Server froze

Hi i just had a ranked game and the server froze for a second and everyone in the game dced i had to 1v3 as 2 of the emenies dced and I lost the ranked game is it possible to get my points back? League is a game of skill and did should not be acceptable.

during 30:30 my game froze and it cameback at 31 minutes everyone on my team was dced then we lost the game.
