Load in UI Bug and Crash

So I load into a game of ranked the exact same way i always have, no glitches in champ select or loading screen. But i load into game and get this UI bug that shows up for half a second before the game crashes. I recconnected and everything was fine. I then load into my next game and the same thing happens, only it doesn't crash instantly and i'm able to get a screenshot of it before i alt tab out to look at something and alt tab back in and the game crashes. Any info as to why this happens or a fix would be much appreciated. Thanks.

EDIT: I tried using League's hextech repair tool to force repatch (as this issue only started afte patch 8.5 hit) and that only seemed to make it worse, as i get some wierd UI bug that crashes my game every game now, on any champ.
