pls look this LINK . In this game , graves did AFK so we all did remake . but RIOT punished me as a leaver. and RIOT reduced my lp . why wtf pls help me RIOT .

You're level 1 with the same amount of gold as the graves who never connected. Did you just sit in base or something thinking that remaking would make everything go away?

It may be because of the fact that you did not get a single cs unlike everyone else on your team and therefore Riot's system believed that you too had afked. I do believe that this is indeed a bug reguarding how the system measures whether you afked or not. Although, I am not from Riot so don't quote me on it. Those are just my thoughts.

It's not just cs. Everything about the game suggests some kind of leaver behavior.

Take a look at the match history http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2226648328/229283294?tab=stats

At the top shows level 1. This should be by at least the third minion wave. Soaking the xp in a solo lane should be enough for level 3. Shen, Akali, and Anivia are all level 3.
No gold gain. The gold value is the same as Graves. Since there were no kills in the game and since no creeps were killed, gold would have to be earned by some alternative method with either runes/masteries or some gold generation item. Looking at the player builds tab no gold generation items were purchased, no gold generation runes were equipped, but we can see that the bandit mastery was taken. Being in lane or attacking an enemy champion would result in increased gold gain.
The statistics tab shows 0 across everything. No damage dealt/taken. It's almost impossible for these stats to be 0 aside from just not being there.

This looks suspiciously like someone sitting around doing absolutely nothing in the base, somewhere in lane between turrets, or in jungle/river (assuming he was still in game). This can also look like someone who left the game after buying items.
