Level 40 Glorious Champion Capsule Disappeared Before Opening

I got a message after a game that I had received a Glorious Champion Capsule from reaching level 40. I noticed that the client was still showing me as level 39 after the game, and when I went to my hextech crafting inventory the capsule was not there. I restarted the League client and played another game. My level is now displaying correctly, but I never did receive the capsule in my inventory.

Is there a way to check my account to verify I did not properly receive/open my Glorious Champion Capsule and get a new one?
