Rammus Bug please fix

So I have found a couple Rammus bugs. When I go to use the power ball into a enemy champion, and than taunt, I have to hit my shield(W) like 3-4 times for it to finally turn on... in team fights I am stuck running around waiting for it to finally come on. Also when he powerballs into the Krugs he wont always hit them. you have to like click past them in order for it to work. And half the time you hit the small one only. This also happens with champions. Where I will roll into them and the animation makes it look like they are touching but no hit. While it would be nice to see him get buffed back slightly because right now he just isn't as tanky as he use to be, it would be nice just to have his skills fixed. thanks!
