League Client Bug?

Every time I start a game now, the game doesn't go to the loading screen. Instead the league client disappears and reappears under my hidden Icons. When I then try to click on that one, it brings up the reconnect button, but clicking on that button yields the same results?? I lost my Silver 3 promo to this!??! Like common RITO I deserve my promo back
