Teammate Ultimate Indicators

I recently had something interesting happen during the most recent patch. When playing the game my teammates ult indicators show has black dots instead of green ones. I was curious if anyone else had any issue like this or know how to fix it. Not sure if maybe I hit a hotkey or something like that. Just wanted to see if anyone else had a similar type of issue.
