Can't unlock any hero in the shop

I have 4800+ IP points and I am unable to buy Varus, and he was my first hero to unlock, it says unavailable when I put the mouse over the unlock champion button. I use to see the IP points required but since a previous update with the Dragon looking character I have not seen the IP required to purchase any character in the shop. :/

Can you take a screenshot? I don't understand the problem.

Hey. After I clicked the yellow button the shop came up, then when I checked the heroes to purchase Varus the price came back, weird... Thanks though man... :D
