Kalista Ulti with Teleport

So, Earlier today I encountered a Kalista/Blitz bot lane. Nothing was out of the ordinary except for the fact she had Telport/Flash as her summoner spells. I thought nothing of this until she used teleport, suddenly I have a blitzcrank thrown in my face from her Teleport + Ultimate. I've never known this to happen before. Is this a bug that never got detected with Kalista, or is it a new bug?

no this is suppose to happen you can do it with tahm kench's ult too

Sure, you could do it with Tahm's ult too, using teleport for a skill that already takes him where he needs to go makes complete sense (does it really though?) What I'm saying is I feel like this isn't supposed to happen (even though it barely ever happens). I feel like these are something that slipped by during their champion creations.
