Stuck on match Accept or Decline screen

So basically when I get a match found I end up getting suck on the accept or decline screen. It makes the sound effect when I click it and I can even hear all the sounds as ban phase happens. But I literally can't see anything other then the chat on the bottom right and that cursed match screen. Didn't think anything of it the first time but it's happened several more times since then and its starting to cost me LP in ranked
