Having a lot of client issues

Mid game, had 3 people in my game (including myself) have their client freeze. Music kept playing, but graphics completely halted and did not resume until we all closed the client and re-opened. Normally I would chalk that up to bad luck, but 15 mins later I am queing a solo duo with my buddy and both of us were unable to ban during champ select due to a greyed out ban button. Here were are with my 6 min dodge timer reporting a bug (or at least I think it is).
