Can't get into the game!!!

I can't get into the client, some sort of bug, please help.

I get a popup saying "Something's up with our servers and it's preventing you from patching. We're giving it another shot. In the meantime, you can check the status of our servers here. (Error code 003)" I click the link (which is on the word 'here') and it says your servers are fine, in which case there must be a bug or something.

Hi Everyone -

We discovered there were some missing file(s) from the patching line. We're in the process of re-syncing them to ensure they're available, but we have to be careful with the process. I'll update here again once we're able to restore them.
