masteries not saving no matter what.

http://imgur.com/a/g9CwG this appears every time i try to edit a previously saved mastery page ONLY, if i dont touch a mastery page i already created it will not bug, but afterwards even making a new one will bug and it will load in game with no masteries even after i save.
