[Gameplay] Wukong Q going on Cooldown when the Autoatack is canceled (Damage is not done)

On Wukong when you Click Q and you want to land it but when somehow ur atack is canceled then Wukong Q is going on cooldown not dealing dmg and animation is done it happens very often it Hapens on enemy champions on minions and neutral monsters.

1.You cast Q 2.You are near to lend it but somehow enemy dodge it (flash, he is faster, or u failed and clicked twice once on champion then on map to walk) 3.Animation is done. 4.Q going on CD without dealing the dmg.

happens on neutral monsters, minions and enemy champions I play wukong a lot so it happes about 2 times in game it happens only when u are realy near to land it and auto atack is canceled but the animation of Q landing is done. then u normaly what u doing is Flash Q again but u realize is normal Auto atack then and Q is on Cooldown... Wukong Q is realy important to land in fights so when is goes on CD he lost like 40% of his dmg

(Edit: it happens Exactly when minions Dies before Q landing then Q is going On CD too)
