Darius E is buged
whenever someone flashis and darius pulls they will go away with flash and E will miss them but it will still pull them.

its not a bug, its ment to be like that. you can pull the flash dust and still get them.
yes that one one thing Darius is known for. if its intended or not idk but right now its checks to see if your in range of the skill when animation starts (as in the second they press E) this means regardless where were you are when the animation completes, you will be pulled back.
darius's ulti has a similar effect. as soon as the animation starts the skill will complete. regardless of anything. even if you 
the the games ends. it will complete after end. (there is a video of that somewhere on machinima realm)
this is one of the reason i find darius to be so op.
Had this happen the other day, J4 did a Cataclysm, I flashed out of it and Darius pulled me right back in... was irritating to say the least.
