Random Lags in Client Lobbies

For the last few games the lobby keeps freezing up for a good minute then randomly jumps to the point the lobby is currently at. My internet connection is fine as I dont lag at all when i get in game. This bug is annoying because it did it when it was my turn to ban and got me kicked giving me the loss in my promo series. Not sure if others are having the same issue but it is very annoying.
